9.5cm Dialated
The Nurse will be back in around one hour to check Katrina's dialation. Once she reaches 10cm, the pushing will begin. The nurse said the pushing could last about 2hours for first time moms. We will see. Katrina has been feeling presure for the last two hours. Which is a good sign. Her epiderhal has been increased with 2 smaller concentrated doses that relieve "windows of pain". Katrina likes the them! She is going to try to sleep now before she gets to the pushing. We are both tired, but each of got some sleep between 11-1pm today. Thank you Jesus for sleep!

You may be thanking Jesus for sleep when you can get it for the next couple years. Then again you may never sleep again after baby. I know I haven't. Love us.
